whether head or heart both are full of blood

both know somewhere what they want

shapeless form

dreaming heart

basked in the darkness surrounded by ribs

dreaming head

swimming in senses knowing it will end

goodnight

while you wait for the others

While you wait for the others
to make it all worthwhile
all your useless pretentions
are weighing on my time
you could beg for forgiveness
as long as you like
or just wait out the evening
and always ask me why
yes youll only leave me dry
so ill ask you kindly to make your way

and what was there
the perfect glare
we all fall through

while you wait on the answers
that ill pretend to find
keeping up with emotions
still occupies our time
you could hope for substance
as long as you like
or just wait out the evening
and always ask me why
yes youll always ask me why
ill ask you kindly to make your way

and what was left
the perfect glare
we all fall through

and all we want

and what was there
and what was there
and what wasnt there

Psalm 73

“For I envied the arrogant
when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.

“They have no struggles;
their bodies are healthy and strong.
They are free from the burdens common to man;
they are not plagued by human ills.
Therefore pride is their necklace;
they clothe themselves with violence.
From their callous hearts comes iniquity;
the evil conceits of their minds know no limits.
They scoff, and speak with malice;
in their arrogance they threaten oppression.
Their mouths lay claim to heaven,
and their tongues take possession of the earth.
Therefore their people turn to them
and drink up waters in abundance.

“… Surely in vain have I kept my heart pure;
in vain have I washed my hands in innocence.”

“… When I tried to understand all this,
it was oppressive to me
till I entered the sanctuary of the God;
then I understood their final destiny.

“… How suddenly are they destroyed,
completely swept away by terrors!

“… Those who are far from you will perish;
you destroy all who are unfaithful to you.
But as for me, it is good to be near God.”

Dory

Oh wildly cohering in a watery deep
we’ll drop her down to the bottom
we’ll drop her down like she’s nothing,
and the water is all

the water is still in a wilder deep
we’ll swim around like two dories
we’ll swim around like two dories
let loose in the bay

we’ll miss the heady
hold on make steady, go
there is no plenty
even keel already gone

I can’t be here all hour (such a riot)
I can’t deserve this trouble
I can’t be here all hour (such a riot)
I can’t describe

I can’t be here all hour (such a riot)
I can’t describe this, no (oh what a riot)
I can’t be here all hour (oh such a riot)
I can’t describe this, no
… What though the field be lost?
All is not lost—the unconquerable will,
And study of revenge, immortal hate,
And courage never to submit or yield:
And what is else not to be overcome?
That glory never shall his wrath or might
Extort from me. To bow and sue for grace
With suppliant knee, and deify his power
Who, from the terror of this arm, so late
Doubted his empire—that were low indeed
